20.91.010 Fee for water connections in Lookout Point Reservoir water pressure capital cost recovery area (capital recovery area).

A fee of one thousand five hundred forty-one dollars per ERU shall be assessed for any water connection made within the capital recovery area defined in Selah Municipal Code Section 9.02.137. Such fee, as set forth in Selah Municipal Code Section 9.02.138, is assessed for the purpose of recovering capital costs associated with water supply, service pressure, and the ability to connect to the new transmission mains.
