A Lookout Point Reservoir water pressure capital cost recovery area (capital recovery area) is established for the purpose of assessing fees to recover the city's capital costs to provide water system storage capacity, water pressure, and the ability to connect to the transmission main. The capital recovery area is that area indicated on the Attachment A map of the ordinance codified in this section. (Ord. 1675, § 1(A)(i), 2006.)
