9.02.138 Fees for connections within Lookout Point Reservoir water pressure capital cost recovery area (capital recovery area).

Fees shall be assessed for new water connections within the capital recovery area depicted in Section 9.02.137 and such fee shall be in addition to any costs or fees already in existence. The amount of the fee shall be one thousand five hundred forty-one dollars per ERU as established under Selah Municipal Code Chapter 20.90. (Ord. 1728,, 2008; Ord. 1675, § 1(A)(ii), 2006.)
