6.66.150 Date for compliance – Existing panoram premises.

All persons operating panoram devices and all premises at which panoram devices have been in use prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall license and come into compliance with this chapter within one hundred twenty days of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
