(a) The license year for licenses under this chapter shall be one year from the date of issue. Except as hereinafter provided, all license fees shall under this chapter be payable on an annual basis. Annual license fees shall be as follows:

(1) Panoram premises license, two hundred dollars per year;

(2) Panoram device fee, fifty dollars per year; and

(3) Panoram operator license, five hundred dollars per year.

(4) Panoram manager's license, one hundred dollars per year.

(b) License fees under this section shall not be prorated.

(c) Licenses under this chapter cannot be assigned or transferred to other premises, other operators or owners, other devices, or other managers.

(d) On or before December 31st of each year, a licensee under this chapter shall file an application for a renewal of each license that the licensee wishes to use the following year. An application for renewal shall be filed in the same manner as an application for a license and shall be accompanied by the same fee applicable to original applications for licenses. On renewal applications, the clerk shall assess and collect an additional charge as follows:

(1) If the application is less than thirty days late, the additional charge is ten percent of the renewal fee.

(2) If the application is greater than thirty days late, the additional charge is twenty-five percent of the renewal fee. (Ord. 1646, § 1, 2005.)
