No person may maintain a kennel, aviary or stable, private or commercial on any residentially zoned property except as authorized and governed under Title 10, Zoning, of this code. Title 10 shall govern the issuance and validity of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 912, § 2, 1988.)
