(a) The license fee for a carnival or circus shall be fifty dollars for a three-day period. The license fee for any period less than three days shall be fifty dollars.

(b) The applicant for a license shall also pay the sum of twenty-five dollars as a cleanup fee to help defray the cost of removing the debris and rubbish. (Ord. 572, § 1, 1975.)
