21.03.060 Building code board of appeals.

(a) Review and Act. The board, created in Title 11 (Ordinance No. 1619), shall review and act on the following subjects:
(1) Appeal of decisions of the code enforcement official on the interpretation or application of the S.M.C.;
(2) Disapproval of a permit for failure to comply with the S.M.C. (Ord. 2174, § 2 (Exh. A), 2022; Ord. 1641, § 13, 2004.)
