21.03.050 Hearing examiner.

(a) Review and Recommend. The examiner shall review and make recommendations on the following applications:
(1) Applications for preliminary long plats and the modification of recorded plats;
(2) Applications for amendment of zoning district boundaries (rezones).
(3) Applications for Class 3 reviews;
