The clerk-treasurer shall have authority to transfer, upon availability, from Fund No. 601, James Francis Fund, an amount up to one hundred thousand dollars. In addition, the fund shall also receive all other money for the purposes set forth in Section 12.37.040. (Ord. 756,, 1980.)
