1.10.013 Assistant city attorney.

(a) Creation. The office of assistant city attorney is created in accordance with RCW 35.27.070.
(b) Duties. The assistant city attorney shall have the same duties as the city attorney and shall assist and work under the direction of the city attorney. (Ord. 425,, 1969.)
