One copy of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance as amended through the 1986 Regular Session of the Legislature shall be filed with the city clerk-treasurer in compliance with RCW Sections 35A.12.140, 35.21.180 and 36.32.120. (Ord. 871, § 2, 1986.)
