The violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is unlawful and the city council declares that such violation constitutes a public nuisance. The city may seek legal or equitable relief to enjoin or abate any act or practice that constitutes or will constitute a violation of any regulation herein adopted. (Ord. 1645, § 2, 2005.)
