The applicant for a permit for public display of fireworks shall at the time of application submit his state license for inspection and furnish proof that he carries compensation insurance for his employees as provided by the laws of the state. The applicant shall also file a surety bond or certificate of insurance in the minimum amount of fifty thousand dollars and one million dollars for bodily injury liability for each person and event, respectively; and not less than twenty-five thousand dollars for property damage liability for each event. The city of Selah, its officers and employees acting in their capacity as agents for the city of Selah, shall also be named as additional insured parties. (Ord. 893, § 1, 1987.)
