(a) City parks shall be closed from the hours of ten p.m. to six a.m. (whether Standard or Daylight Savings Time), except that Carlon Park shall be closed from eleven-thirty p.m. to six a.m. and Playland Park, Wixson Park, McGonagle Park, and Volunteer Park shall be closed one hour after dusk to six a.m. Pool areas shall be closed at the direction of the director of parks and leisure services or that person's designee. No unauthorized person shall be in a closed park or closed pool area.
