Within this title, any crime defined as a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor shall bear the penalty as set forth in this chapter. Similarly, anywhere within this title the symbol "M" appears shall constitute misdemeanor and the symbol "G" appears shall constitute gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 1845, § 1, 2011; Ord. 974, § 1, 1990.)
