Except as limited by Selah Code 3.10.030 and Selah Code Chapter 10.40, one-family mobile homes manufactured after June 15, 1976, or otherwise substantially in compliance with federal manufactured housing standards effective June 15, 1976, as evidenced by appropriate seals, may be placed on property within the city if specifically and affirmatively provided for in the zoning code.
