The administrator(s) shall be responsible for enforcing Titles 10 and 11, and may adopt administrative rules to meet that responsibility. The administrator may delegate enforcement responsibility to other staff as appropriate. (Ord. 2174, § 2 (Exh. A), 2022; Ord. 1641, § 40, 2004.)
