A charge of one thousand five hundred eighteen dollars and four cents per equivalent residential unit (ERU = 0.0003 MGD/Dwelling) shall be assessed for any connection made to the city's wastewater system by any facility within the connection fee area as shown on the map that is appended as "Exhibit A" to the ordinance codified in this chapter. Said charge, as set forth in Section 9.10.060B, is assessed for the purpose of ensuring that property owners bear their equitable shares of the costs of the city's sewerage improvements.
