(a) The legislative body herein establishes a unified fee schedule which lists a schedule of fees and charges for applications, permits, certificates, appeals and other actions established within and regulated by the Selah Municipal Code.

(b) The processing of applications, permits, petitions, certificates, appeals and other items listed within the Selah Municipal Code shall not be accepted, processed, approved or issued unless and until the applicable fees and charges established in this title have been paid in full.
