16.06.150 Water-enjoyment and nonwater-oriented uses.

The following provisions shall apply to water enjoyment and nonwater-oriented uses:
(1) Structures and use areas shall be set back so as not to be located within the vegetative buffer specified in Section 16.06.160 (Vegetative buffers).
(2) Construction abutting the vegetative buffer specified in Section 16.06.160 (Vegetative buffers) shall be designed and scheduled to ensure there will not be permanent damage or loss of the vegetative buffer. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
