"Nonconforming use" means an existing shoreline use which was lawfully established prior to the effective date of provisions of the SMA or this shoreline master program, but which no longer conforms to the present use regulations due to subsequent changes to the SMP. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
