Incorporated into this chapter by reference are the Rules and Regulations established by the Washington State Auditor in Bulletin No. 010, published July 15, 1969, and any amendments or revisions to this bulletin adopted as of or after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, as the prevailing rules and procedures to be followed by the custodian and other city employees and officials in using funds from the advance travel expense revolving fund.
