(a) The rental, lease, or purchase of land for library buildings;

(b) The rental, lease, purchase or cost of construction of any appropriate building or buildings for library purposes and the acquiring of such other property as may be needed for library purposes;

(c) Cost of any construction, renovation, expansion, furnishings, emergency repairs for library purposes as defined in the Selah Code Chapter 1.28 and RCW 35A.27.010 and RCW 35.22.280(20). (Ord. 612,, 1976.)
