11.40.100 Categorical exemptions and threshold determinations – Adoption by reference.
This section contains the rules on deciding whether a proposal has a "probable significant, adverse environmental impact" requiring an environmental impact statement (EIS) to be prepared. This section also contains rules for evaluating the impacts of proposals not requiring an EIS. The city adopts the following sections of Chapter 197-11 WAC by reference:
