The Legislature of the state of Washington, in Chapter 43.21C RCW, requires local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to carry out the policies set forth in the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and the SEPA rules, Chapter 197-11 WAC. The legislative body of the city of Selah has enacted the ordinance codified in this chapter containing the city's SEPA procedures and policies. The SEPA rules and Chapter 197-11 WAC must be used in conjunction with this chapter. The SEPA rules and Chapter 197-11 WAC are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the public works department, city of Selah, Washington. (Ord. 2032, § 1 (Exh.
