Any person, as defined in Section 10.50.010, who violates any provision of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in the city jail facility for not more than ninety days, for each such violation.
