A certified copy of the ordinance vacating a public right-of-way, or part thereof, shall be recorded in the office of the Yakima County auditor by the city at applicant's expense. A copy of the recorded ordinance shall be provided to applicant. All conditions of the ordinance and this chapter shall be fully satisfied prior to recording of the ordinance. (Ord. 2173, § 2 (Exh.
