When the administrator determines that a complete subdivision application has been submitted, the administrator shall set a date for an open record public hearing on the application before the city of Selah planning commission or the hearing examiner. The administrator may establish deadlines for submittal of applications prior to regular monthly planning commission or hearing examiner hearing dates; however, the hearing date shall not be set more than sixty days, nor less than twenty days, from the date that an application is determined to be complete.
