Any final decision by the city council made pursuant to this chapter may be appealed to the Yakima County Superior Court within twenty-one days from the date of the decision being appealed, pursuant to Chapter 36.70C RCW, the Land Use Petition Act. (Ord. 1995, § 1, 2016.)
