Unless otherwise specifically provided in the Selah Code, any person, firm or corporation, their agents or servants, who violate any of the provisions of the Selah Code are guilty of a gross misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding five thousand dollars or imprisonment in jail for a period not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
