All hearings required under this Chapter, including the hearing required by RCW 46.55.120(2), shall be conducted by the administrative hearing's officer who shall be the municipal judge. A decision made by the administrative hearing's officer may be appealed to the Yakima County District Court. (Ord. 1023, § 1, 1991.)
