Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the city of Selah jail for a term not exceeding thirty days or by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars. Each violation of the provisions of this chapter constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 481,, 1972.)
