All corner lots shall maintain, for safety vision purposes, a triangular area in which it shall be unlawful to install, set out or maintain, or to allow the installation, setting out or maintenance of any sign, hedge, shrubbery, natural growth, wall, building, structure or other obstructions to view, higher than twenty-four inches above the level of the center of the adjacent intersection.
