It is unlawful to park or otherwise leave on any street in any zoning district within the city all types of vehicles or trailers, including recreation, which are parked in such a way as to constitute a traffic hazard or a public nuisance defined as violating any of the provisions of RCW 46.61.570, as determined by investigation of a city of Selah police officer. It is not necessary that restricted parking or other traffic signs be erected for the purpose of enforcing this section. (Ord. 1769,, 2009; Ord. 818, § 1, 1984.)
