8.70.010 Controlled intersections.

Operators of vehicles shall stop at every intersection where signs are so erected giving notice thereof, and before entering any of the following streets, or portion of said streets:

(1) First Street, North and South:

(A) Except when signalized by green lights by traffic signals at the following intersections:

(i) Fremont Avenue,

(ii) Naches Avenue,

(iii) Park Avenue;

(2) Fremont Avenue, West:

(A) Except when signalized by green lights by traffic signals at First Avenue;

(3) Naches Avenue, all:

(A) Except when signalized by green lights by traffic signals at First Avenue, and

(B) Except for traffic to and from Crusher Canyon Road;

(4) Wenas Road, North and South:

(A) Except when signalized by green lights by traffic signals at Goodlander Road, and

(B) Except eastbound from Naches Avenue;

(5) Crusher Canyon Road, all;

(6) Speyers Road, all;

(7) Goodlander Road, East and West:

(A) Except when signalized by green lights by traffic signals at Wenas Road;

(8) Goodlander Drive, north of Goodlander Road;

(9) Hillcrest Drive, south of Crusher Canyon Road;

(10) Tenth Street, North and South:

(A) Except Crusher Canyon Road, Fremont Avenue and Speyers Road;

(11) Eighth Street, between and excluding Naches and Fremont Avenues;

(12) Fifth Street, South:

(A) Except Selah Avenue westbound, and

(B) Except Southern Avenue westbound;

(13) Third Street, all:

(A) Except Naches Avenue, Fremont Avenue and Southern Avenue;
