(a) It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter, including the premises regulations set forth in Section 6.66.110 is guilty of gross misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than one year, or both.

(b) Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day that the violation continues.

(c) The owner, operator, or applicant control person for a panoram premises is responsible for the conduct occurring within its panoram premises and is deemed to have knowledge of, and is strictly liable for, the conduct of its managers or other person in a position of responsibility, acting on behalf of the owner, operator or applicant control person, in complying with the provisions of this chapter. Owners, operators, or applicant control persons who fail to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter are guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than ninety days, or both.
