(a) It is unlawful for any person to occupy a panoram booth or station at the same time it is occupied by any other person. One person can only occupy panoram booths or stations at any one time.

(b) It is unlawful to stand or kneel on any chair or seating surface in a panoram booth or stall.

(c) It is unlawful for any owner, operator, manager, employee or other person acting in conjunction with any owner, operator, manager or employee of a panoram premises for which a panoram premises license is required to warn, aid and abet the warning of members of the public occupying panoram booths or stalls located in a panoram premises that police officers or health, fire, licensing, or building inspectors are approaching or have entered the panoram premises.

(d) It is unlawful for any person within a panoram premises to masturbate, or expose to view any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola, any portion of the pubic region, anus, buttocks, penis, vulva, or genitals. (Ord. 1646, § 1, 2005.)
