It is unlawful to own, exhibit or display for use by members of the public, or to place with another, by lease or otherwise, for use by members of the public, any panoram device without a valid and current panoram operator's license. The clerk shall prescribe the form of such license and shall number the same. (Ord. 1646, § 1, 2005.)
