The Selah civic center board shall be allowed to sell and provide for the use of intoxicating liquor, wine and beer at the Selah Civic Center upon first obtaining a valid license from the state of Washington Liquor Control Board and notification of the mayor and police chief of the city of Selah prior to each scheduled event.
