It shall be unlawful to keep any livestock within the corporate city limits without first securing a livestock permit from the animal control officer. Every such person desiring to keep such livestock shall file an application for a permit with the animal control officer providing such information as the animal control officer shall require. No permit shall be issued to a person without ensuring that the proposed location conforms to all zoning as required by Title 10 of this code. (Ord. 912, § 2, 1988.)
