Permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire one year from the date of issuance. The permit may be revoked for cause in accordance with this chapter prior to the expiration date. The private kennel/aviary/stable permit is valid only for the operation and maintenance of a private kennel/aviary/stable at the property where the permit was initially issued and shall be void upon the transfer of the private kennel/aviary/stable to another property.
