The animal control officer may, in the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, establish reasonable standards requiring any place for which a license is granted to be maintained in a clean, sanitary and humane condition. A copy of such rules and regulations shall be furnished to each applicant for a license, on the filing of the application. (Ord. 912, § 2, 1988.)
