At any time there are more animals than a kennel or cattery license allows, the person operating such kennel or cattery must obtain a new license permitting the keeping of the greater number of animals. The former license shall be canceled and a new license issued upon approval of the animal control officer, provided all requirements of this chapter have been met. The reissued license fee shall be an additional ten dollars. (Ord. 912, § 2, 1988.)
