Licenses and permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on a date that coincides with the business license. The license or permit may be revoked or suspended for cause in accordance with this chapter prior to the expiration date, in which case the business license shall also be suspended or revoked. The license or permit also becomes void if the holder thereof changes the location of his place of business or sells, assigns, transfers or otherwise disposes of such business or his interest therein for a period of thirty days or more.
