It is unlawful for the owner to allow or cause a dangerous dog, whether said dog has been previously designated or is deemed dangerous pending an appeal hearing, to be unconfined on the owner's premises. Confinement shall be defined as a "proper enclosure of a dangerous dog," as defined in Chapter 5.01 of this code. (Ord. 1620, § 3, 2004.)
