5.03.020 Knowledge of bites – Duty to report.

Whenever a person owning or having charge, care, control, custody or possession of any animal has knowledge that such animal has bitten any person, the person owning or having charge, care, control, custody or possession of such animal shall report such fact to the animal control officer.
