The city hereby levies a one-quarter of one percent tax on the sale of real property within the corporate limits of the city of Selah. Said tax shall be collected by the Yakima County treasurer. Disposition and distribution shall be in accordance with RCW Chapter 82.46.030. (Ord. 846, § 1, 1985.)
