(a) Every person operating a carrier bus within the terms of this chapter shall file with the city clerk of the city of Selah and post or carry on the carrier bus a tariff showing all rates, fees and charges for services provided between all points on its line, route or territory.

(b) Every person operating a carrier bus within the terms of this chapter shall likewise file with the city clerk of the city of Selah and post or carry on the carrier bus a schedule of the hours of service and designated points of arrival and departure of the carrier bus between all points on its line, route or territory.

(c) Carrier bus rates and schedules, including any change, modification, cancellation or annulment of any rate, charge, rule or regulation, shall be established by the city of Selah. (Ord. 511, § 1, 1973.)
