(1) Ascertain and at all times comply with all laws and regulations applicable to such registered business;

(2) Be personally responsible for the business operation and activities occurring on the business premises;

(3) Avoid all illegal practices or conditions on the business premises which do or may harmfully affect the public health, safety, welfare; including the taking of such corrective or preventative actions as are reasonably available and requested in writing by the city administrator or his or her designee.
